Ledyard National Bank recently donated $10,000 to New England Healing Sports Association (NEHSA) to further support their mission to serve our community’s veterans and civilians with disabilities through adaptive, outdoor sports.
“Ledyard is proud to continue its support of New England Healing Sports Association, contributing to the completion of their new lodge, located at Mt. Sunapee, NH. We understand that by helping NEHSA upgrade their facilities, we help them provide access to our local, natural resources and active lifestyles, which promotes healing and accomplishment,” said Kathy Underwood, President and CEO
NEHSA was awarded $200k in CFDA Tax Credits to complete their new lodge in 2019. “We were overjoyed by the incredible support we received from Ledyard, and a list of other local businesses,” said Carly Bascom, Executive Director.
NEHSA is a NH based 501(c)3 offering summer and winter adaptive programming to veterans and civilians with physical and cognitive disabilities. For more information on outdoor sporting opportunities visit
