Kathy LeClair is the Senior Vice President and Director of Ledyard's Private Banking division, with over 40 years of banking experience in the Southern New Hampshire and Boston markets. Since joining Ledyard in 2022, she created a suite of deposit products for Private Banking to enhance our clients experience. Most recently she was part of a team that designed and implemented our Healthcare Banking program. She spent over 27 years with TD Bank in the retail sector including branch management, mortgage and consumer lending and 18 years were with TD Wealth Management as a Senior Relationship Manager. In her role, she was responsible for working with high net worth individuals and families on their banking, lending, financial planning and investment needs.
Kathy holds her Series 7 & 66 license and has received numerous Top Performer awards. Additionally, she has been regularly recognized by her community, including for work with the Red Cross, receiving the Hero Award for her help in response to the Boston Marathon bombing. Kathy has also been involved with community service as a board member for the Derry / Londonderry United Way, Co-Chair for the Haverhill Chamber of Commerce annual Business Expo, Plaistow Area Commerce exchange board member and participated on various committees for all. With her passion for the arts, she is a life member of The Nashua Actorsingers and served as president and board member. She lives in Chester, NH.

Brian Cheddar joined Ledyard Financial Advisors in 2024 as Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager for the Upper Valley. Brian has over 11 years of banking and leadership experience and will be working with clients to help achieve their financial goals by providing full balance sheet advice. In this role, he will focus on deepening client relationships, strategizing to uncover the best solutions to help clients live better.
Located in the Hanover office, Brian works with clients to assess and manage their financial needs. He assembles specialized teams to focus on his clients’ goals and strategizes with them to uncover the best solutions.
Prior to joining Ledyard, Brian worked as a Branch Manager for Citizen’s Bank at their West Lebanon and Hanover locations. He was also an AVP Branch Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust managing their Hanover, Lebanon and Woodstock locations.
Brian is currently working towards a degree in Business Management at New England College.
Brian and his family live in Claremont, NH. He is very active in the Upper Valley, volunteering with The Prouty, The Rotary Club of Lebanon and is an active mentor through the Claremont Community Center for young adults. Brian and his family also enjoy volunteering for the NH Food Bank in Claremont.

Ela Feaster joined Ledyard’s Private Banking division in 2022 and serves as a Vice President and Relationship Manager, with over 17 years of banking experience in the greater Concord and Lakes Region markets. As a proven trusted advisor she works closely with individuals, families and business owners to provide customized banking, lending and planning solutions to best meet their unique financials goals. Ela provides targeted insight and advice with a keen sense of direction to help provide her clients with peace of mind and confidence.
Ela joins us from TD Bank, where she was the Vice President, Concord Branch Manager, TD’s Flagship location, Tilton Branch Manager, and a multiple time top recognized Financial Services Representative, holding Series 6, 63 and Life & Health Licenses. Ela lives in Sanbornton, NH with her family and is passionate about promoting literacy and financial education in our communities.
