Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer
Michael Parisi is a member of the Senior Management Team as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. As such, he oversees the Financial Center Banking, Cash Management, and Data Analytics Teams and also serves as a member of the bank's Executive Committee. He previously held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Sales & Product Development at Ledyard. Michael comes to Ledyard from Citizens Bank, where he was employed for 10 years. At Citizens Bank, he first held the position as a Branch Manager then promoted to Regional Manager, and Market Administration Manager. Michael has a BS in Accounting from University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Fitchburg State University.
Vice President & Senior Retail Banking Officer
Katie Blake joined Ledyard in 2016 as Ledyard’s Financial Center Manager in New London. In her role as Vice President and Senior Retail Banking Officer, Katie is responsible for managing the overall performance of Ledyard’s retail financial centers. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience and has been in the banking industry since 2012. Prior to joining Ledyard, Katie held supervisory roles at People’s United Bank, as well as Citizens Bank. Katie takes pride in providing customers with a consistent and exemplary customer service experience, as well as building their relationships. Katie has received recognition for her extensive and passionate participation in the Kearsarge community. She is the incoming President of the New London Rotary Club and serves on the board of the Lake Sunapee Regional Chamber of Commerce. Katie and her family live in Grantham, NH, lifetime residents of the Upper Valley.
Vice President & Financial Center Manager, Norwich & Lyme
Nicolaas Bekker has over 21 years of customer service experience beginning in the hospitality industry with the last 12 years in banking. He brings this experience to his position of Vice President & Financial Center Manager at Ledyard’s Norwich, VT and Lyme, NH financial centers. Nico’s dedication to providing excellent customer service matches Ledyard’s unparalleled personalized client service. Nico was born and raised in the Netherlands, earning his master’s degree in Film and Television Studies at the University of Amsterdam. He started his banking career in Fairfield County, Connecticut, after moving to the United States in 2003. Nico has been actively involved in the Upper Valley community since 2010. He served as the 2014-2016 president of the Rotary Club of White River Junction. Currently Nico is a member of the Norwich Lions Club and he continues to serve on the board of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce.
Vice President & Financial Center Manager, Lebanon
Marina Burns joined Ledyard in 2020 as Vice President and Financial Center Manager, bringing with her more than 20 years of customer service experience. She began her banking career in 2012, progressing from Teller Manager to Relationship Banker, and most recently Branch Manager and Bank Officer with Citizens Bank.
Marina is a strong believer in creating lifelong relationships while providing sound advice and superior client experience. She is passionate about making a difference within the Upper Valley community in which she resides.
Vice President & Financial Center Manager, Concord
Christos Hatzidakis joined Ledyard in 2020 as the Concord Financial Center Manager, bringing with him eighteen years of financial and banking experience. Previously, he was a Development and Strategy Manager at Citizens Bank, where he supported various business lines across the entire footprint, including collaborations with Private Banking, Business Banking and Lending. While at Citizens Bank he also spent time as a Branch Manager and licensed brokerage representative, during which time he enjoyed offering financial guidance and delivering the best experience possible for all clients of the bank. Prior to Citizens Bank he spent five years at MetLife helping clients with their short and long term financial planning and insurance needs. Chris received his BA from Colby College in Waterville, ME and his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Vice President & Financial Center Manager, West Lebanon
Dave Landry comes to Ledyard Bank with over 35 years of customer service experience. He started his banking career in 2005 as a branch manager with Citizens Bank and most recently was an Area Manager with Mascoma Bank. Prior to that, Dave spent over twenty years with Sears Roebuck & Co. in various retail positions, including Sales Manager, Operations Manager, District Manager and Business Process Consultant. He is committed to ensuring that his customers feel valued and that they receive the exceptional service they deserve.
Dave moved to the Upper Valley in 1989 and has been highly involved in his community. He is a current board member and past President of the White River Junction Rotary Club, as well as a member of their Charitable Fund board. He is a current board member and past Board Chair of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce. Dave also serves on the community advisory board at the Hartford Area Career and Technology Center in their Business Administration program.
Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Manager, Hanover
Cody Marshall has been in the customer service industry for over twelve years with the last six years being in the financial industry. Prior to joining Ledyard he spent time as a Universal Banker with Citizens Bank, Branch Manager with People’s United Bank and Consumer Loan Officer with Members Advantage Community Credit Union. He prides himself on providing clear and consistent solutions for his clients as well as building strong and lasting relationships. He has served as a board member on the Woodstock Vermont Area Chamber of Commerce and now looks forward to serving the Lebanon, New Hampshire community.
Financial Center Manager, New London
Christine Upton joins the Ledyard team as the New London Financial Center Manager. She has established ties within the community, spending the last ten years employed at New London Hospital. Through most of her employment there, she held the position of Patient Financial Services Supervisor, contributing to her extensive customer service and financial experience. Prior to healthcare, Christine was in the banking industry working for Citizens Bank and First Essex. She was Branch Manager at Franklin Savings Bank, before leaving the workforce for several years to raise her children. Christine is excited to be back in banking and continue building relationships within the Lake Sunapee Region communities.
