How to Get Started

Follow these steps to request borrower support.

1. Download the Borrower Support Application, using the link below.
2. Gather all supporting documentation.
3. Complete and sign the application.
4. Send an email to Borrowersupport@ledyard.bank to let us know you intend to apply. A member of our team will reply with instructions on how to submit the paperwork securely and guide you through the process. Please Note: do not send any documents directly to this email address.
