Kimberly Lebron

Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer

Kimberly Lebron joined Ledyard in 2023 as the Chief Lending Officer. Kim brings with her over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, having most recently served at Thomaston Savings Bank, where she held various lending-related positions since 2003. Her roles at Thomaston Savings Bank included Senior Credit Analyst, Credit Manager, Chief Lending Officer and most recently, Chief Credit Officer.
 
Beyond her professional achievements, Kim is a distinguished veteran who served in the United States Army from 1984 to 1990. Her service to our country showcases her sense of duty and honor, qualities that we are fortunate to have within our organization.
 
Kim is a graduate of Post University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She also completed a two-year executive education program from Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Philadelphia.

Chris Kebalka

Senior Vice President, Lead Commercial Relationship Manager

Chris Kebalka joined Ledyard National Bank in August 2023 as Senior Vice President, Lead Commercial Relationship Manager. With over thirty years in banking, a wide variety of skills and ties to the regions Ledyard serves, Chris understands the value of being a community banker and trusted advisor to his clientele.
 
Prior to joining Ledyard, Chris spent  over twelve years at Savings Bank of Walpole, most recently as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Chris’s experience also includes over nine years at Claremont Savings Bank as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer.   
 
Chris is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Robert Christensen

Senior Vice President & Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

Robert Christensen serves the region’s business banking needs as Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Relationship Manager. He oversees business development and management of commercial banking accounts in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire.

Prior to joining Ledyard, Bob spent over three years at People’s United Bank, most recently as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. His prior career also includes nine years at Dartmouth College as Associate Director of Real Estate.

Bob earned his MBA at Pennsylvania State University in University Park, and received his BS in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. He currently resides in Vermont.

Mark Heller

Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager

Mark Heller joined Ledyard Bank in 2024 as a Business Banking Relationship Manager. With over 20 years of sales and leadership experience spanning various industries, he focuses on fostering strong client relationships in consumer banking roles as well as enterprise sales.

Most recently Mark was a Branch Manager overseeing compliance and profitability within a large Regional Bank Branch.  Previously he spent time as an Enterprise Account Executive at Comcast as well as AT&T, cultivating relationships with mid-market businesses. 

Mark resides in Andover, NH with his wife of 20 years and two teenage sons.

Mary Mattson

Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager

Mary Mattson joined the Bank in July of 2024 as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager.  Mary brings with her over 35 years of commercial banking experience working with businesses of all sizes among a broad spectrum of industries.  She deeply values being a trusted business partner and the way community banks take a holistic approach to fulfilling the needs of today’s business clients.
 
For the past decade, Mary has served in leadership roles and as a commercial lender responsible for growing commercial relationships in the Concord,  Manchester and southern NH markets.  Prior to joining the Ledyard team, she most recently was SVP Team Leader and Commercial Lender for the past three years at Bangor Savings Bank.  Mary’s experience also includes the previous seven years as a Commercial Banking Team Leader and Senior Market Manager at Bank of New Hampshire and Northway Bank. 

Mary is on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire.  She is also an active volunteer for the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition and the Friendly Kitchen in Concord.
 
Mary is a graduate of Bryant University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in both Finance and Accounting.  She and her husband Dave are long-time residents of Concord, New Hampshire.

Joe Scearbo

Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager

Joe Scearbo joined Ledyard in June of 2020 as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager in their Commercial Banking Division with over 17 years of local banking and lending experience and expertise in business banking. In this position, Joe was promoted to Vice President in 2024 and is responsible for strengthening and growing commercial client relationships in the Upper Valley and surrounding area. 

Previously, he was a business banking relationship manager at Citizens Bank where he supported the lending and non-lending banking needs of business owners in the Upper Valley. His experience includes positions as business banking officer, residential loan officer, and branch manager. 

Joe received his BS from Pensacola Christian College in Florida and is a 2018 graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies. He lives in Windsor, Vermont with his wife, Lacie, and two sons, Silas and Wade.

Tori Wainwright

Cash Management Manager

Tori Wainwright joined Ledyard in August 2019 as Cash Management Manager in their Commercial Banking Division with over 10 years of local banking experience. In this role, Tori is passionate about building and strengthening business relationships through non-lending opportunities by implementing efficient cash management processes and providing customized support.  Prior to joining Ledyard Tori had spent 3 years with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and before that she was with Lake Sunapee Bank in various roles in Customer Service, iBanking Support and as Deposit Operations Auditor.  

Tori received her BS in Banking and Finance and her Masters in Management with a focus on Quality Systems Management from Cambridge College. She currently resides in Washington, NH.

Meghan Wilkie

Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager and Loan Resolution Officer

Meghan Wilkie joined Ledyard National Bank in April 2021 as Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Loan Resolution Officer.  She is responsible for Ledyard’s commercial loan and managed assets portfolio.  With over 15 years in banking, a wide array of skills and deep ties to the area, Meghan understands the value of solution-orientated community banking.
 
Prior to joining Ledyard, Meghan spent six years at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager serving the greater Lake Sunapee and Upper Valley regions of NH.  In addition, Meghan worked for four years at TD Bank, N.A. as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager serving the Concord, NH market and two years as a Commercial Credit Analyst.      
 
Meghan earned her MBA and received her BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.  She and her son currently reside in New London, NH.
