Ledyard Bank is thrilled to announce that Brent Rich has joined as Vice President and Financial Center Manager of our West Lebanon location. Brent brings with him nearly two decades of experience in banking, sales, and business development. Most recently, he served as Branch Manager for M&T Bank in Windsor, Vermont. He has also held Business Development and Municipal Services roles at Mascoma Bank.
Brent is passionate about connecting with clients and community members, fostering trust, and supporting local initiatives that strengthen the region’s economic well-being.

He is the treasurer of a nonprofit that provides therapy dog services to the White River Valley School District and also teaches financial education courses to high school students in Windsor, Vermont. Additionally, he hosts monthly Fraud Awareness sessions at the local library. Brent completed the New England School of Banking in Portsmouth, NH and holds Project Management and Advanced Networking certifications.
