Commercial Relationship Manager

The position of Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new commercial banking clients and the expansion/retention of existing relationships. Will structure, underwrite, negotiate and manage complex C&I and CRE credit relationships. Responsible for developing and executing relationship management plans for clients; this includes effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management. Must be knowledgeable of financial needs of our clients and the Ledyard’s solutions. Will act in compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study, required; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered, a minimum of 7 years of experience, including significant C&I experience, developing and managing commercial banking relationships, structuring, underwriting, and negotiating, complex credit transactions, required, proven track record of new business development with minimal supervision; strong sales, negotiation, presentation, client service skills. Call Center/Electronic Banking Representative

We are currently seeking a Call Center/Electronic Banking Representative who will be responsible for assisting our members with a variety of services via telephone and other electronic means. This can include complex account issues and resolution, consumer loan requests, and enhancing member relationships through cross selling products and services to meet our members’ financial needs. Requirements: high school diploma and 6 months banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; general knowledge of banking regulations and compliance; proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Position available at the drive-up location in Hanover, NH.

Currently seeking Bankers to provide excellent service to our clients by meeting and uncovering their financial needs, assisting with problem resolutions and providing other services. This individual will make portfolio management decisions within the firm’s established guidelines to help clients achieve their objectives. As an Investment Strategist, this individual will also be a key contributor to the firm’s investment decisions. This Senior Portfolio Manager and Investment Strategist will also be expected to contribute to the firm’s growth through business development efforts. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in portfolio management/investments/asset management industry, bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, professional designation (CFA) or advanced degree in a related field, masters or MBA preferred.  Location: Hanover, NH

Senior Financial Advisor

Due to a retirement, Ledyard Financial Advisors is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join our Wealth Management group in Hanover, NH. The Senior Financial Advisor is responsible for deepening and expanding existing client relationships with new investment assets and working with the Private Banking team to assist clients with comprehensive lending and deposit relationships. The Senior Financial Advisor focuses on delivering superior service, utilizing the principles of wealth management to deepen the relationship. In addition, the Senior Financial Advisor develops new relationships by networking with internal and external COIs, being involved in the community, participating on boards, and teaming with business partners within Ledyard. Qualifications: a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in trust, law, financial services or the equivalent (may include both professional experience and relevant advanced education) is required. An MBA or advanced education in business or finance, CFP, CTFA, CFA or other professional designation is preferred.
